From the CEO: Our Commitment to You During COVID-19

On behalf of the Companion Protect family, I want to reinforce our commitment to you and your pets. At the heart of our company is a team of dedicated pet parents, and like you, we’re adapting to these new circumstances. Here’s what you can expect:

We’ve got your back.

We know you are relying on Companion Protect to cover medical expenses for your furry family members, and our resolve to support you when accidents, injuries, or illnesses arise has never been stronger.

Your pet is covered.

According to the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), there is no evidence at this time to indicate that pets can become ill with COVID-19 or that they can spread it to other animals, including people. If this changes as medical and veterinary professionals learn more about the virus, rest assured that you’ll have coverage you can count on.

The health and well-being of our team is essential to us.

Last week, we adapted quickly to the changing (and challenging) circumstances. All of our team members are now working remotely from the safety of their homes while remaining dedicated to providing the best customer service to our pet parents. Companion Protect’s licensed animal care advocates are working diligently to help you – whether you’re filing a claim, enrolling another pet, or just have questions.
