We want to make sure you always have the coverage you need for your pet, and that claims are never denied due to non-payment. That’s why Companion Protect charges your monthly premium automatically via debit or credit card.
You’ll be charged for your first month at the time your application is approved. We’ll process your second month’s charge 24 days after enrollment. Following that, monthly charges will be processed every 30 days.
This payment structure creates a credit on your account to allow time to update payment in the event we are unable to process payment on your bill cycle date.
